1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect and what for

We only process the data you give us voluntarily through the forms on this site. There is no user registration, no profiling and no automated decision-making.

Demo request form

Datos	Full name, company, email address, phone, country, number of active services, a description of your network and whatever message you write.
Finalidad	To reply to you, to prepare and run the demo, and to send you a quote if you ask for one.
Legal basis	Your consent, given by ticking the box and submitting the form (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Integration request form

Datos	Full name, company, email address, phone, the vendor or carrier you want to integrate and any detail you add.
Finalidad	To assess whether that integration is feasible and reply to you.
Legal basis	Your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Technical data about the submission

Datos	The IP address the form is sent from, and the date and time of submission.
Finalidad	To prevent abuse of the form (bulk sending and spam) and to keep a record of the request in case the email fails to go out.
Legal basis	Legitimate interest in protecting our systems and making sure no request is lost (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. How long we keep it

• If we never end up working together: we keep your request for one yearfrom the last contact, in case you pick the conversation up again, and then we delete it.
• If we do become your supplier:the data moves into the contractual relationship and is kept for its duration and, afterwards, for the statutory tax and commercial limitation periods.
• Technical submission log: kept for 90 days and then deleted.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Only the suppliers we need in order to operate have access, under a signed data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR):

• Web hosting: 1&1 IONOS, with servers in the European Union.
• Email: the domain's own email, also hosted with 1&1 IONOS.

Beyond those cases, we will only disclose your data where there is a legal obligation.

International transfers:none take place. The data is hosted and processed entirely within the European Union.

5. What rights you have

You can exercise the following rights at any time by writing to info@wispcontrol.com, stating which one you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity:

To know what data of yours we process.

Rectification

To correct anything that is inaccurate.

Supresión

To ask us to delete it when it is no longer needed.

Oposición

To object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Limitación

To ask us to keep it but not use it while a claim is being resolved.

Portabilidad

To receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

Withdraw consent

At any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

We will reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to theSpanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain.

6. Cookies

This site does not use cookies.It also uses no browser local storage, no analytics tools, no advertising pixels and no third-party services that could track you: the fonts, the icons and the images are served from our own server. That is why you will not see a cookie banner asking for your consent.

If in future we add a tool that does use them, we will say so here and ask for your consent before installing them.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: encrypted transmission, access restricted to the staff who need it, and backups. No system is infallible, but we handle your data with the same care we handle our customers'.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the regulations or the way we process data change. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, with its update date at the top.
