Own network and resale, on the same record
A customer can have your own fibre in town and resold fibre on the industrial estate. It is billed together, collected together, and the margin is worked out separately.

CDRs come in on their own, are rated with your retail prices and compared against the carrier's cost. If a customer is costing you more than they pay, it shows up in the report before you see it at the bank.

When you sign a customer up for TV, WispControl creates the subscriber in Zapi, gives them the subscription and registers their devices. Nobody logs into two panels.
Blocking and unblocking the subscriber is handled from here, so suspension for non-payment reaches the TV just as it reaches the fibre.
Fibre, mobile lines and TV appear on the same invoice and the same charge, with the wholesale cost next to the retail price.

You pick the audience by area, by site, by plan or by payment status, and see how many you are about to write to before hitting send.
Activation, plan change, invoice issued, payment returned, scheduled suspension, technician appointment. Each with its own template and channel.
The customer's notification history keeps what was sent, when, through which channel and whether it arrived.

Almost every integration on this page exists because an operator needed it. If it is a vendor or a wholesaler that several operators use, it goes into the development plan; if it is only yours, it is quoted as custom work. We answer with a yes, a no or a date.
